The B****1U rack mount UPS is designed for critical server applications. We at Borri believe the B****1U to be the smallest “On-Line” rack mountable UPS available, being so small allows users to maximise space without compromising the technical performance of the UPS. The B****1U is often used in applications where there are many racks in one location. The UPS can then be monitored remotely using the SNMP card from either a network connected computer or via the internet, making the UPS extremely accessible. Despite the compact size of the B****1U it is still feature rich, information about the operational condition of the UPS and load can be inspected on the front mounted LCD display. The UPS is designed with Online Double Conversion technology, giving the user effective power protection. The Double conversion technology allows for no break in mains supply in the scenario of a power failure, which a non Double Conversion UPS would struggle to provide. Another critical design feature allows for the batteries to be removed without disturbance to the load (hot-swap), once the batteries have been replaced they will benefit by a fully regulated DSP charging system. An uninterruptible power supply using true online double conversion technology provides the highest level of power protection available. The B****1U converts the **0V AC mains supply to DC power which is then used to charge the battery. The DC current flow is then fed through an inverter stage which reconstructs the **0V AC mains output. Because the AC output is completely regenerated, it will be completely free from any mains born interference such as spikes and voltage variations.
